⚡ Senior Product Operations Manager (Hardware/Software) — EV Charging (Fully remote) I’m partnering with a leading EV charging technology provider seeking a Senior Manager, Product Operations to drive the end‑to‑end operational launch of their global hardware/software portfolio. This is a high‑impact role at the centre of product, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams — ensuring every new EV charging product moves from development to market‑ready with precision. If you excel in structured NPI governance, cross‑functional leadership, and commercial readiness for complex hardware, this role sits right at the heart of the e‑mobility transition. 🔌 The Opportunity You’ll lead the full New Product Introduction process, owning stage‑gate governance, launch scorecards, readiness dashboards, and cross‑functional execution. You’ll ensure products are operationally, commercially, and technically ready — from engineering handover through to sales enablement, customer support readiness, and service documentation. You’ll also shape global pricing strategy, manage commercial systems (Salesforce, CPQ, ERP), and maintain product master data across a fast‑scaling EV charging portfolio. ⚡ Key Responsibilities Lead global NPI governance, launch readiness reviews, and executive gate approvals Coordinate cross‑functional launch activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Support, and Service Develop pricing strategies and maintain global/regional pricing models Manage SKU creation, product configuration, price books, and product hierarchies Ensure commercial systems readiness across Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite Oversee installation guides, user manuals, service documentation, and technical specs Drive operational excellence, automation, dashboards, and standardized processes Identify launch risks and lead corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity 📈 Success Measures On‑time EV charging product launches NPI milestone adherence Pricing accuracy & governance Product master data quality Documentation completeness Automation & process improvement delivery 🔋 Candidate Profile 8+ years in Product Operations, commercialization, program management, supply chain, or manufacturing Strong NPI and product lifecycle experience Salesforce, CPQ, ERP (NetSuite) capability Pricing strategy and financial acumen Excellent cross‑functional leadership and communication Preferred: EV charging, electronics manufacturing, industrial hardware, global supply chain, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Power BI, Power Automate
