Review customer specifications / datasheets / RFQs to ensure compliance , Suggest optimized solutions based on process and analyzer requirement and to prepare technical/ commercial proposals Coordinate with product lab for arranging application approval and pricing. Coordinate with sub vendors for pricing of buyout components . Prepare cost sheets including analyser, sampling system components, accessories, engineering, and services. Prepare supportive documents for proposal including technical write-ups, RFQ compliance, highlight the deviation/clarification/information required if any , relevant calculations etc., Provide technical clarifications to customers and internal teams during bidding stage. Work closely with sales, project engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
