Review customer specifications / datasheets / RFQs to ensure compliance , Suggest optimized solutions based on process and analyzer requirement and to prepare technical/ commercial proposals Coordinate with product lab for arranging application approval and pricing. Coordinate with sub vendors for pricing of buyout components . Prepare cost sheets including analyser, sampling system components, accessories, engineering, and services. Prepare supportive documents for proposal including technical write-ups, RFQ compliance, highlight the deviation/clarification/information required if any , relevant calculations etc., Provide technical clarifications to customers and internal teams during bidding stage. Work closely with sales, project engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. The Proposal Engineer will review customer specifications and prepare technical and commercial proposals while ensuring compliance with applicable standards. They will coordinate with various teams and vendors to provide optimized solutions and ensure accurate submissions.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of proposal preparation and compliance standards. Experience in technical writing and collaboration with sales and engineering teams is essential.
