Design and assess transit routes and services, forecast demand, monitor system performance, and analyze ridership, demographic, economic, and field investigation data. Review development and road projects for transit-supportive planning, prepare recommendations, coordinate with operations staff, and present transit plans to the public.

Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, design patterns, and governance practices for secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud and hybrid environments. Provide architectural leadership and design reviews, guide cloud initiatives and migrations, and collaborate with enterprise, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, data, and business teams to align solutions with organizational objectives.

Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repairs on HVAC and mechanical assets across the Region’s facilities. Coordinates and oversees HVAC projects and contractors, supports design reviews and commissioning, ensures technical standards and asset-management requirements are met, and contributes to energy management and procurement.
