Access Full Position Posting Purpose The Data Modelling Assistant supports Strategic Procurement Services with creating a Power BI model and related dashboards to track university procurement spend across purchasing channels under the direction of Assistant Director, Strategic Sourcing. Education Completion of the first year in a post-secondary program in mathematics, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 1-year experience developing models, databases, reports, or dashboards using Power BI in a work or academic setting. Skills Ability to communicate information and findings clearly and concisely. Ability to meet deadlines and organize time effectively. Ability to work independently and within a project environment. Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to organize, analyze, and present data. Requirements

Candidates must have completed the first year of a post-secondary program in a quantitative field and possess at least one year of experience with Power BI. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to communicate findings clearly are also required.
