Provide senior clinical leadership and mentorship to the Integrated Youth Services team while managing a clinical caseload of youth with complex mental health and addiction needs. Develop organizational clinical protocols and lead a Community of Practice to ensure evidence-informed care across YWCA Halifax programs.
