Specifically: sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance serve as the liaison between the customer and automotive service technician explain nature of vehicle maintenance and costs advise customers on how to look after the vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance schedule appointments; contact customers with vehicle repair status updates/follow-ups accurately prepare repair orders and invoices About You…. Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in sales and customer handling, including: 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Service Advisor or Sales/Customer Service Representative; automotive and/or dealership experience preferred Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds) proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems ability to sell vehicle maintenance ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written) strong attention to detail; organized and strategic ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism ability to work independently and with minimal supervision self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment a proven commitment to quality of work Why choose Zanchin Automotive Group?
