Investment Banking Associates at Zastre & Co.

We're looking for ambitious finance professionals who want to build a career in investment banking and grow into VP and Managing Director roles at the firm. You'll work directly on live M&A and private debt transactions, with exposure to clients, buyers, investors and lenders from day one. We're looking for people with: • 2–5 years of relevant finance experience • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • The ability to take ownership and move quickly • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in investment banking Compensation includes a competitive base plus transaction-based upside. This is not a back-office role. We want people who eventually want to originate, lead and close transactions themselves.
