Zen Residential Ltd. is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Leasing Agent to support leasing success across our residential portfolio. As a key point of contact for prospective residents, you will guide prospects from first inquiry through to signed lease. You will play an important role in supporting occupancy, revenue growth, prospect experience, and resident satisfaction by delivering timely communication, professional showings, strong follow-up, and accurate leasing support. In this role, you will work closely with Property Managers and the broader leasing team to support leasing activity, maintain accurate prospect information, and help create a positive first impression of Zen Residential communities. Why Join Zen Residential Work-life balance with flexibility and support Ongoing training, development opportunities, and career growth A people-first culture built on collaboration and respect Opportunities for internal advancement as the portfolio grows Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity employment A meaningful opportunity to contribute directly to occupancy, leasing performance, and resident experience What You Will Do Respond to leasing inquiries through listing platforms, email, CRM, and phone Manage prospect communication, follow-up, lead stages, notes, and tasks through the leasing pipeline Schedule and conduct in-person showings and virtual tours Present available suites, amenities, and community features in a professional and engaging way Support prospects from inquiry through to showing, application, and signed lease Assist with application processing, reference collection, approvals, and move-in coordination Maintain accurate leasing information in CRM and property management systems Keep listings accurate and up to date across platforms such as Rentfaster, Rentals.ca, and Kijiji Identify listing issues, availability discrepancies, pricing gaps, or suite readiness concerns and escalate as needed Ensure show suites are clean, professional, and presentation-ready Support community events, resident engagement, and overall prospect satisfaction Provide regular leasing updates and complete related documentation as required What You Bring Experience in sales, leasing, property management, residential real estate, customer service, or a related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly A proactive, follow-up focused approach to sales and customer service Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects, showings, priorities, and deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, follow-up, and application processing Comfort working with CRM platforms, property management software, and Microsoft Office Yardi and GHL experience are considered assets Knowledge of the Saskatchewan rental market and residential leasing practices is considered an asset Professional, reliable, and service-driven approach aligned with Zen Residential’s values Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation RECA licence, or willingness to obtain one Why This Role Matters Join a stable and growing company in residential property management Play a direct role in supporting occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue growth Create a positive first impression for prospective residents Make a meaningful impact on resident satisfaction and community experience Work with a supportive, collaborative team that values communication and follow-through Build skills in leasing, sales, operations, and property management with room to grow Ready to Find Your Zen If you are passionate about leasing, customer service, and creating positive living experiences, we would love to hear from you.
