As a key point of contact for prospective residents, you will guide prospects from first inquiry through to signed lease. You will play an important role in supporting occupancy, revenue growth, prospect experience, and resident satisfaction by delivering timely communication, professional showings, strong follow-up, and accurate leasing support. In this role, you will work closely with Property Managers and the broader leasing team to support leasing activity, maintain accurate prospect information, and help create a positive first impression of Zen Residential communities. The Leasing Associate manages the end-to-end prospect journey from initial inquiry and showings to application and lease signing. They are responsible for maintaining accurate listings, managing the leasing pipeline in the CRM, and ensuring high occupancy rates.

Candidates should have experience in sales, leasing, or customer service and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A RECA license or the willingness to obtain one is required, along with proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
