Benefits: Competitive salary Relocation bonus Training & development Job title: ServiceNow Developer – GRC Location: Remote Type: Contract Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong GRC expertise to support ServiceNow development and implementation, with a primary focus on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Policy & Compliance Management. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, primarily GRC / Policy & Compliance Management. Work on Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules. Develop and maintain Inbound Email Actions. Configure and customize Service Catalog. Develop UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Business Rules. Gather requirements and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions. Troubleshoot issues and provide production support. Follow ServiceNow development and configuration best practices. Required Skills Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC / Policy & Compliance Management. Hands-on experience with: Security Incident Response (SIR) Vulnerability Response (VR) Inbound Email Actions Service Catalog UI Policies UI Actions Client Scripts Business Rules Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflows. Mandatory Certifications All three certifications are mandatory: CSA – Certified System Administrator CAD – Certified Application Developer CIS – Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC This is a remote position.
