Job details

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field. 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Agile Delivery Management. Strong experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications, digital transformation, or cloud initiatives. Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean methodologies. Experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously. Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Rally. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
