Il s'agit d'un role en prevente ayant une influence directe sur les revenus, et non d'un poste purement axe sur le developpement ou la livraison. Ce Que Vous Ferez •Collaborer avec les clients pour recueillir et affiner leurs besoins d'affaires, et structurer des enonces de problemes clairs •Concevoir une architecture de solution de bout en bout a l'aide des produits Zoho : CRM, Books, Desk, Analytics, Creator, Flow, et plus •Valider la faisabilite technique, evaluer les points d'integration (API, webhooks, PDV, ERP) et effectuer des validations POC/prototypes •Decomposer les solutions en taches modulaires, fournir des estimations d'efforts et soutenir la creation d'enonces des travaux (EDT) •Contribuer aux reponses aux appels d'offres, aux propositions de solutions et aux presentations clients •Preparer la documentation de solution et soutenir les equipes de livraison lors du transfert de projet Ce Que Vous Apportez •Solide experience pratique avec l'ecosysteme Zoho (CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Analytics) •Maitrise des scripts Deluge et des integrations API (REST, webhooks) •Experience des integrations de systemes (PDV, ERP, applications tierces) •Capacite averee a convertir les besoins d'affaires en solutions techniques pratiques, avec experience en estimation d'efforts et processus d'appels d'offres •0 a 4+ ans dans des roles de conception de solutions, d'architecture ou de mise en oeuvre (experience Zoho un atout) •Excellentes competences en communication client, en presentation et pensee analytique structuree Exigences Obligatoires (Critères Non Négociables) •Bilinguisme avancé en français ET en anglais - à l'oral, en compréhension, en lecture et à l'écrit - et réussite obligatoire des tests d'évaluation linguistique dans les deux langues •Présence sur place, cinq (5) jours par semaine, au siège social de Cornwall (Ontario) - aucune option de télétravail ou de mode hybride; les candidat(e)s doivent pouvoir effectuer le trajet quotidien ou déménager dans un lieu permettant ce trajet •Autorisation légale de travailler au Canada sans parrainage de l'employeur Important : les candidat(e)s qui recherchent un poste hybride ou entièrement à distance sont prié(e)s de s'abstenir de postuler. This is a revenue-influencing pre-sales solution role, not a pure development or delivery position. What You'll Do •Engage with clients to capture business requirements and structure clear, well-defined problem statements •Design end-to-end solution architecture using Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, Analytics, Creator, Flow, and more •Validate technical feasibility, evaluate integration points (APIs, webhooks, POS, ERP), and run POC/prototype validation •Break solutions into modular tasks, provide effort estimation, and support Statement of Work (SOW) creation •Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and client presentations •Prepare solution documentation and support delivery teams through project handover What You Bring •Strong hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Analytics) •Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API integrations (REST, webhooks) •Experience with system integrations (POS, ERP, third-party applications) •Proven ability to convert business needs into practical technical solutions, with experience in effort estimation and RFP/RFI processes •0-4+ years in solutioning, architecture, or implementation roles (prior Zoho experience preferred) •Excellent client communication, presentation skills, and structured analytical thinking Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) •Advanced bilingual proficiency in French AND English - oral, comprehension, reading, and writing - with mandatory passing of language proficiency testing in both languages •On-site, five (5) days per week, at our Cornwall, ON headquarters - no remote or hybrid options; candidates must be able to commute daily or be relocating to a commutable location •Legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship Important: Candidates hoping for a hybrid or fully remote arrangement should not apply.
