Notre client, une entreprise réputée dans son domaine d’expertise, recherche un conseiller juridique pour rejoindre son équipe déjà composée de plusieurs professionnels. Au quotidien, vous serez notamment impliqué dans la négociation et la rédaction de contrats complexes et offrirez des conseils quant à la gestion des risques et tout enjeu de nature légale pouvant affecter les activités de l’entreprise. Vous conseillerez également la haute direction quant à des questions relevant de la protection des renseignements personnels et des technologies et donnerez des formations internes. Vous avez au moins trois ans d’expérience en droit commercial, et avez commencé à bâtir vos connaissances en matière de protection des renseignements personnels? What you’ll do

Candidates must have at least three years of experience in commercial law and knowledge of privacy protection. Requirements include being bilingual and a member of the Bar in a Canadian province.
