4-8 Years | Remote (Ontario) Our boutique law firm client is looking for a well-rounded corporate Associate to join its team. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' experience working on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, corporate finance, corporate reorgs, contracts, and other areas.
