Afin de soutenir sa croissance, il est à la recherche d’un directeur des affaires juridiques. Relevant de la haute direction, le directeur jouera un rôle clé dans l’ensemble des activités de l’organisation. Vous travaillerez beaucoup en matière de droit transactionnel immobilier, acquisitions et dispositions d’immeubles, de même qu’en développement de projets. Vous prendrez part à certains financements et agirez comme responsable du droit corporatif et des affaires, notamment quant à la gestion et la maintenance d’un groupe de sociétés, les partenariats, la négociation et la gestion contractuelle, le portefeuille d’assurances, etc. La personne collaborera étroitement avec les équipes financières et opérationnelles, de même qu’avec des cabinets externes de premier plan. Nous recherchons un avocat autonome et rigoureux, possédant une solide expérience en immobilier et en droit des affaires, capable d’évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et décisionnel.
