We deliver therapy services across clients’ homes, long-term care and retirement residences, and community settings throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We are intentional about who we partner with. Caseload Area We are recruiting a casual Physiotherapist to support a paediatric caseload under secure Ministry funding. Services are provided in clients’ homes. Responsibilities Conduct in-person assessments in the community using standardized tools Develop evidence-based treatment plans aligned with best practices Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to support meaningful, client-centred goals Provide education and coaching to parents and caregivers Monitor, evaluate, and document progress using SMART goals Adjust intervention plans based on ongoing assessment and client response Qualifications Registration with COPO Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Experience providing community-based services Excellent assessment and intervention abilities Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Experience delegating to PTAs (asset) Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license Professional liability insurance Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check Use of AI in Recruitment Please note that AI-assisted tools may be used during parts of the recruitment and screening process to support efficiency and consistency.
