What you’ll do

- Contact government organizations and other assigned accounts to identify the appropriate contacts. - Introduce the company's IT asset disposition and recycling services to potential contacts. - Research organizations to identify relevant departments and decision-makers. - Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing contacts. - Ask questions to understand an organization's IT equipment disposal and recycling needs. - Gather information regarding equipment types, quantities, locations, timelines, and requirements. - Identify potential opportunities and communicate relevant information to the internal team. - Coordinate meetings, calls, site visits, and next steps when an opportunity is identified. - Follow up with contacts and maintain regular communication throughout the process. - Keep accurate records of calls, contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups. - Use CRM and other tracking systems to document activity and maintain organized records. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure information is properly communicated and opportunities are followed through. - Perform any other related duties.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. - Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and client relationship-building skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with consistent follow-up and lead generation. - Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn. - Previous experience in technology, IT, electronics, recycling, or logistics is an asset. - Valid driver’s licence is an asset.
