Our therapists provide individualized care to clients across the Greater Toronto Area in homes, long-term care facilities, retirement residences, schools, and community settings. Caseload Area 1to1 Rehab is currently recruiting a part-time Registered Dietitian (Independent Contractor) to support an adult/paeddiatric community-based caseload in Georgina, Aurora and Newmarket under secure Ministry funding. Services are provided in clients' homes, long-term care homes, retirement residences, schools and other community settings. This role offers the opportunity to work with adults and paeds experiencing a wide range of nutritional and health needs while maintaining flexibility and control over your practice. Flexible scheduling and personalized caseloads Control over referrals, geography, and workload Caseload stability through established funding partnerships Clinical mentorship and interdisciplinary support Comprehensive administrative support and mobile documentation tools Work independently with the backing of a nationally accredited organization Be part of a connected, therapist-led community Responsibilities Engage clients, families, caregivers, and care teams to establish meaningful client-centered goals Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans using measurable outcomes Provide nutrition counselling, education, and intervention to support optimal health, safety, and quality of life Monitor nutritional status and adjust care plans based on clinical needs and progress Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, caregivers, and community partners Contribute to discharge planning and community referrals as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards, organizational policies, and funding requirements Demonstrate professionalism, clinical reasoning, and sound judgment in community-based practice Qualifications Current registration in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario Compliance with the Regulated Health Professions Act and all applicable professional standards Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Nutrition and Dietetics program Experience working with adult and paeds populations Community-based practice experience is preferred Experience supporting clients in long-term care, retirement, home care or school settings is considered an asset Excellent assessment, intervention, education, and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team Professional liability insurance Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one What Sets 1to1 Rehab Apart? Requirements

Candidates must hold current registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Experience in community-based practice or long-term care settings is preferred, along with a valid driver's licence.
