Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Junior Business Analyst for an 11-month hybrid contract opportunity. Must Haves: 2+ years of experience as an operational Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments Hands-on experience with client support and client onboarding Strong attention to detail with a specific focus on data integrity Solid understanding of data integrity and data quality principles Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills in an operational environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines Demonstrated experience interpreting, analyzing, and executing business processes

Requirements

Requires at least two years of operational Business Analyst experience in IT or digital health, along with hands-on client support and onboarding experience.
