Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month onsite contract opportunity. Must Haves: 8+ years of experience conducting business analysis and documenting business requirements for I&IT solutions Experience using UML to develop use cases, activity, sequence, and state diagrams Experience with business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, process and data flow modeling, business rules, and non-functional requirements Experience with requirements gathering through JAD sessions, interviews, and mockups Ability to translate business and data requirements into technical specifications, including ETL requirements for data sharing and ingestion Experience with Agile methodologies, product backlog grooming, Epics, and user stories Knowledge of AODA and related regulations and standards Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills Ability to document complex process flows and calculations and support user story prioritization.
