The successful candidate will assist with managing family law files, preparing court materials, drafting correspondence and legal documents, financial disclosure, and supporting lawyers throughout the litigation process. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of family law clerk experience required Strong aptitude in preparing financial statements and financial disclosure Strong drafting skills, including court forms, affidavits, correspondence, and other family law documents Knowledge of Ontario family court procedures and electronic filing Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Clio is an asset
