Develop space plans, test-fit layouts, technical drawings, and documentation for commercial fit-out and tenant improvement projects, supporting permit submissions under the technical lead. Coordinate with clients, landlords, contractors, and project managers to maintain code compliance and buildability, resolve construction design questions, and contribute to selections, project records, site visits, and design reviews.
