Inside Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY: Jennmar Canada is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position involves taking incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting outside salesmen. This employee will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma/GED Required; bachelor’s degree preferred * Minimum Two (2) Years Related Inside Sales Experience * Bilingual and fluent in English and French * ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems Experience Preferred * Manufacturing/Industrial Background, A Plus * Expediting, Order Entry, and Purchasing Experience, A Plus JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Willingness to learn and grow with an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor * Comfortability making cold calls and talking to new people * Excellent ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer-centric attitude and a commitment to company values * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Dependability to be consistent at work and on time * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM * Close visual acuity and upper limb coordination * Ability to sit for extended periods during normal phase duties * Light/medium (5-25 lbs.) lifting capability during normal phase duties RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle customer orders and phone calls; assisting outside salesmen; act as a liaison with shipping department and back-order management. * Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. * Enter sales orders and applicable production data. * Confirms processing costs and processing orders. * Tracks and expedites sales and processing orders as required. * Dispatches customer orders when ready; locates trucks, ships and tracks customer orders #IND2

The Inside Sales Representative will manage incoming customer calls, process sales orders, and provide support to outside sales staff. They will also act as a liaison with the shipping department and track order status to ensure timely delivery.

Candidates must have at least two years of inside sales experience and be fluent in both English and French. A high school diploma is required, while proficiency in ERP systems and a background in manufacturing are considered strong assets.
