Job summary
The Live Seafood Associate is responsible for handling, preparing, and stocking live seafood products while maintaining a clean and safe environment. They also provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries, orders, and special requests.
Job details
* Greeting and assisting customers with questions, recommendations and reaching for items. * Support customers in any situation of emergency and accident and inform manager/supervisor immediately. * Daily placement of merchandise to make it available to customers. * Handle and prepare live seafood products. * Wrapping, packaging, labeling products * Stocking and maintaining the live seafood display. * Carrying out stock rotation * Proceed customer product orders and special-order product requests. * Order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements. * Comply and implement all applicable company standards. * Comply with all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives. * Participate in the training of junior staff. * Other duties as required.
