Job summary
Job Summary As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and, customer-focused individual who can manage office administrative tasks while providing excellent front-desk support. Duties Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate team members. Schedule appointments and maintain the company’s calendar for installation and service. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and appointment booking. Support the sales with follow-ups for pick-up, shipment, and installation. Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain CRM and Excel sheets to keep track of the orders and appointments. Experience Previous experience in a front desk role is preferred, particularly with windows & doors manufacturing. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanour to ensure positive patient interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
