Job Summary We are seeking a driven Sales Account Manager based in Calgary to develop and manage client relationships throughout Alberta, with a primary focus on Calgary and Edmonton. This autonomous, target-driven role is responsible for winning new business, growing existing accounts, and working closely with Operations and Health & Safety to deliver exceptional workforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new clients across Alberta’s construction, industrial, civil, energy and related sectors. Develop and grow existing client accounts through regular meetings and site visits. Travel regularly between Calgary, Edmonton and surrounding areas. Present AFGL’s workforce solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with Operations and Health & Safety to ensure successful service delivery. Negotiate service agreements and oversee client onboarding. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Represent AFGL at networking events, trade associations and industry functions. Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts and KPI reporting Requirements 3–5 years of business development or account management experience. Construction, staffing or industrial sales experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Alberta. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Legally entitled to work in Canada and based in or willing to relocate to Calgary.
