Alarm Inc. will handle day-to-day HR activities, including supporting full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for the North York, ON location. This role will administer HR policies and procedures, maintain employee records, and assist with benefits and payroll coordination in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The HR Generalist will respond to employee inquiries, support performance management processes, and help address workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner. The role also involves contributing to HR projects such as training initiatives, engagement activities, and compliance with employment legislation and company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON. Qualifications Experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation in Ontario, and best practices in compliance and workplace standards. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple HR tasks and maintain accurate records. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels. Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software, and comfort working with Microsoft Office or similar tools. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designation or progress toward it is an asset. Previous HR experience in a customer-focused or service-oriented environment is considered an advantage.
