We are seeking highly skilled Paint Specialists to repair and refinish painted metal and composite panels for high-end luxury vehicles. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and experience in high-end automotive painting environments. Key Responsibilities Repair, refinish, and restore painted metal and composite panels to premium quality standards Perform surface preparation including sanding, masking, priming, and repainting Match colors and finishes to manufacturer and luxury-grade specifications Ensure repaired panels meet high-end cosmetic and quality expectations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint repair work area Follow all quality, safety, and environmental procedures Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in high-end automotive or aerospace painting Strong skills in repairing painted metal and composite panels Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work independently in a quality-driven environment Polishing and detailing skills are a strong asset Advantages And Benefits Permanent employment offering stability and security.
