Join us and help run what runs the world. Your role and responsibilities The Operations Coordinator provides cross-functional support to ensure the efficient operation of the facility. Working closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Maintenance, Shipping & Receiving, and support teams, this role helps coordinate daily operational activities and drive process efficiency. The work model for the role is: ON SITE Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support operational planning, scheduling, and cross-functional activities. Prepare, maintain, and communicate reports, dashboards, and operational metrics. Support purchasing activities, including purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and delivery tracking. Coordinate maintenance activities, service requests, and facility-related initiatives. Support shipping, receiving, and logistics operations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up. Maintain operational records, databases, and ERP/system data. Track non-conformances (NCRs) and support continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate administrative activities, including visitor access, office supplies, and facility support. Assist with special projects and other operational priorities as required. Qualifications DEC in Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (asset). Minimum 3 years of experience in a coordination role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). ERP or manufacturing systems experience is an asset. Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and autonomy. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented, professional, and results-driven. Team player with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
