Position Summary Acara Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to support hiring across corporate, sales, delivery, and operational functions. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment while partnering closely with leadership to attract top-tier talent in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and experience recruiting in agency, staffing, or professional services settings. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal corporate roles including sales, recruiting, operations, HR, finance, and leadership positions Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop hiring strategies Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong skill, culture, and performance alignment Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and deliver best-in-class candidate experience Support offer negotiations and onboarding in collaboration with HR and leadership Stakeholder Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring best practices Drive hiring process efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline reporting to leadership Employer Branding & Talent Strategy Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, and networking events Help refine job descriptions and recruitment marketing strategies Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting initiatives Systems & Compliance Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and documentation Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal hiring policies Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline conversion Qualifications Required 3+ years of recruiting experience (internal corporate, staffing agency, RPO, or professional services environment) Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across professional, sales, technical, or operations roles Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Excellent stakeholder management and candidate communication skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools Preferred Experience recruiting in staffing, engineering, IT, manufacturing, or professional services industries Exposure to high-volume or growth-stage hiring environments Knowledge of employment standards and hiring compliance in North America Key Competencies Consultative recruiting mindset Strong business acumen High attention to detail and process orientation Data-driven decision making Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Results-driven and performance-oriented What Acara Offers Competitive compensation and performance incentives Career development and advancement opportunities Collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment Flexible work arrangements Comprehensive benefits package
