Responsibilities Work alongside managers and Partners to deliver industry and technical expertise on a variety of technical assurance and accounting matters Promote the importance of quality control in all Assurance and Accounting engagements and play a role in driving our quality initiatives Research and respond to queries under ASPE, IFRS, and CAS Maintain knowledge of changes in the profession through research and by attending relevant industry events and training/information session Support the development and maintenance of our accounting and assurance tools and protocol Assist with the development of accounting and assurance related training in MNP’s extensive in-house education programs; Opportunity to facilitate learning and development programs for Assurance and Accounting engagement team member Prepare and review high-quality deliverables, including written reports, presentations, correspondence, and other technical material and Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve our work processes Skills And Experience Completion of, or working towards, a CPA designation Written and verbal French and English language skills, due to frequent collaboration with English-speaking teams/clients across Canada and some client deliverables/regulatory reporting obligation are in English 1 to 3 years of recent accounting and assurance related experience at a public accounting firm Strong technical writing and project management skills, and an understanding of business, accounting, management and practice development principles Demonstrate analytical research skills and critical thinking. Requirements

Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of recent accounting and assurance experience at a public accounting firm and be working towards or have completed a CPA designation. Proficiency in both written and verbal English and French is required for collaboration across Canada.
