Responsibilities Tasks Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations Train staff Establish and implement policies and procedures Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Manage contracts Manage training and development strategies Oversee the analysis of employee data and information Oversee development of communication strategies Oversee the preparation of reports Advise senior management Respond to employee questions and complaints Recruit and hire staff Conduct performance reviews Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Word Electronic mail SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD) Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan Vision care benefits Other Benefits Free parking available
