As a Partners in Performance – Performance Strategy Associate those results could impact some of the world’s largest companies. This role combines analysis with outcomes in a way that will challenge and develop you– all the time with the full support and mentoring of your fellow Partners in Performance colleagues. Once the recommendations built on your analysis are agreed to, you can expect to collaborate with clients from the shop floor to the C-suite to help make them happen. Whether it is process improvement, supply chain optimization, or back-office transformation, you will help turn your recommendations into results for your clients. #LI-DNI #IND-DNI #PartnersInPerformance Basic Qualifications: Ms with an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2026/2027 or Spring/Summer 2027 2+ years of post-undergraduate work experience Preferred Qualifications: Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics Exceptional interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers and clients Demonstrated passion for results Strong communication skills, including ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure and to use visual tools when communicating insights Above average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI advantageous) Natural Resources industry experience Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with on-site travel comprising approximately 70% of the role Based on business requirements, candidates applying for this role can also be assessed for other opportunities within Accenture. English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Requirements
Candidates must be current Master's degree students graduating in 2026 or 2027 with at least 2 years of post-undergraduate work experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel extensively for client engagements.
