Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO modules, including troubleshooting production issues and managing change requests. Support month-end and year-end financial processes and coordinate with ABAP teams for technical fixes.

Job details

Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CO-PA. Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root cause, work with ABAP team for fixes. Handle change requests, minor enhancements, and configuration updates. Support month-end/year-end processes (EBS, GR/IR, FX revaluation, depreciation runs). Work on small projects/rollouts including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live support. Manage FICO integration with MM (GR/IR, LIV) and SD (billing/revenue). Prepare functional specs for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams. Technical Skills: Strong hands-on configuration: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Internal Orders Payment program (FBZP), Dunning, EBS, House Banks Automatic account determination (OBYC), tax config IDoc monitoring and basic interface troubleshooting. Good understanding of financial closing and reconciliation processes.
