We have both seasonal and permanent opportunities available across winter 2026. Positions start in December 2026. Starting Rate of Pay: First Cook: $25.85 per hour / Second Cook: $23.85 per hour / Third Cook: $22.45 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. Job Duties Include: Prepare and cook menu items for all Food & Beverage outlets including à la carte and buffet service while maintaining quality and consistency standards. Accurately prepare pastries and other food items according to recipes and procedures. Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored in accordance with food safety standards. Complete food safety requirements including temperature logs, FIFO rotation and product labelling. Communicate effectively with Culinary Leadership and support efficient kitchen operations. Follow all health, safety, sanitation and hotel policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
