Job Description The BASIN Operations Supervisor is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for supporting all areas of BASIN rather than a single department. The purpose of this position is to provide flexible, on-the-floor leadership across Concierge, Food & Beverage, Attendant, and Sauna Master operations. This leader will adapt to operational priorities throughout the day, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supporting team members, and maintaining operational excellence across the facility. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support across Concierge, Food & Beverage, Attendant, and Sauna Master teams based on business needs. Respond proactively to peak periods, staffing gaps, and operational challenges. Deliver visible, hands-on leadership throughout the guest journey. Train, coach, and develop colleagues across multiple operational areas. Ensure BASIN standards, SOPs, and service expectations are consistently upheld. Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and support guest recovery efforts when required. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience. Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures. Foster strong communication and collaboration between departments and leadership teams. Lead by example and maintain a consistent presence on the floor. Qualifications Previous leadership experience an asset Previous spa, housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset Are dedicated to a high level of customer service and attention to detail Must be able to lift, carry and pull over 30+ lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift. Motions include: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, climbing up and down the stairs. Have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
