These roles focus on long-term planning, strategic consultation, and governance rather than day-to-day operations. Open Positions & Specific Focus Areas 1. Digital Transformation & IT Systems Role Purpose: Provide strategic guidance on technology roadmaps, systems modernization, and digital infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and client experiences. Key Qualifications: Senior or executive leadership in IT, Digital Transformation, or Systems Architecture, with proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and strong business acumen. 2. Cybersecurity, Data Privacy & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Role Purpose: Guide the organization on organizational risk, data privacy, policy development, and the responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies. Key Qualifications: Experience in cybersecurity, information security, privacy, risk management, and AI governance, alongside strategic leadership experience. 3. Donor Relations, Grant Writing & Social/Government Funding Role Purpose: Advise on fundraising strategies, grant development, corporate partnerships, and identifying government/foundation funding to ensure long-term financial sustainability. Key Qualifications: Experience in fundraising, grant writing, philanthropy, donor engagement, or government funding, combined with strong relationship-building skills. Expectations & Commitment Attend quarterly Advisory Board meetings. Participate in strategic planning discussions and occasional working groups. Serve as an active ambassador for Achieve Potential in the community. Demonstrate a genuine passion for community impact and organizational growth.
