Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time Position Starting September 2026 Achieve Therapy Centre – Ottawa, ON Achieve Therapy Centre is a clinician-owned and operated pediatric practice that has proudly supported children, youth, and families in Ottawa since 2009. Located in Ottawa's west end, our well-established clinic provides speech-language pathology and occupational therapy services in a collaborative, supportive, and play-based environment. We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team beginning September 2026. This position starts at approximately 35 hours per week, working a minimum of 1 evening. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative pediatric setting alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. You'll provide assessment and therapy services for children with a wide range of communication needs while enjoying mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and opportunities to participate in innovative group programming. What We Offer Bright, spacious clinic with suspended and sensory equipment Access to a wide variety of therapy materials and assessment resources Established referral base and growing caseload Mentorship and support for new graduates Paid training and professional development Paid administrative time and weekly team meetings Stat holiday and vacation pay Premium rates for evening and Saturday work $1000 Signing bonus Dedicated administrative support A collaborative, welcoming team culture Regular team-building events Clear opportunity to expand into a full-time role Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and prepare clinical reports Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to children and youth Develop home programming and therapy resources Provide parent coaching, education, and consultation Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and other team members to provide integrated care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team meetings Qualifications Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) Experience working with children (pediatric experience preferred) Experience supporting children with autism and other developmental differences is an asset Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills A flexible, creative, and family-centred approach to therapy Availability to work Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday including 1 evening Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset New Graduates Welcome! Requirements
