About This Role Cedar Shake and Shingle Mill looking for a Mill Forman or Operations Manager. Experience Is Required Salaried position. What You'll Do Crew management. Communicating with office staff in regards to production and crew. Ensuring safety paperwork is managed efficiently and effectively is crucial. Ensure all machinery and parts are itemized and maintained. Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and yard. Order parts as required. Requirements Proactive leader. Diplomatic, well rounded leader than can effectively manage a crew. Staying ahead of and on top of annual projects and maintenance schedules. Nice To Haves First Aid.
