Description Description du poste Ouvrir et fermer les bons de travail Préparer les rendez-vous du lendemain Gérer la flotte de véhicules de courtoisie Répondre aux appels et fixer les rendez-vous Effectuer le suivi des pièces en commande Comprendre et appliquer les garanties du manufacturier, incluant les plans d’entretien prépayés Effectuer les demandes liées aux garanties prolongées Assurer la gestion de plusieurs plateformes informatiques Exigences Expérience dans le domaine de l’automobile (tout type de poste) Passion pour le service à la clientèle et aisance avec le public Sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément Ce que nous offrons Poste permanent Horaire de 5 jours par semaine (lundi au vendredi) Aucune fin de semaine Uniforme fourni Environnement de travail stable au sein d’une entreprise en pleine expansion Salaire : À partir de 60k/année. Job Description Open and close work orders Schedule appointments for the following day Manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles Answer calls and schedule appointments Track parts on order Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans Process requests related to extended warranties Manage multiple IT platforms Requirements Experience in the automotive industry (any type of position) Passion for customer service and comfort interacting with the public Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously What We Offer Permanent position 5-day workweek (Monday through Friday) No weekend work Uniform provided Stable work environment within a rapidly expanding company Salary: Starting at 60k/year.
