Digital Delivery Analyst Location: Calgary, AB Term: 6 Month Contract (with potential for extension or conversion to FTE) Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role Our client is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Digital Delivery Analyst to support the creation, maintenance, and governance of SAP Master Data across downstream business operations. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP master data configurations, support data-related initiatives, and contribute to ongoing data governance activities within the downstream hydrocarbon value chain. Responsibilities Work with downstream business stakeholders to coordinate the creation, modification, maintenance, integration, and retirement of SAP Master Data and related data sets. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into SAP master data configurations. Conduct business analysis activities to identify issues, recommend solutions, and support process improvements. Investigate data-related challenges and support issue resolution across multiple business functions. Contribute to data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with established enterprise data standards. Support data quality, consistency, and integrity across SAP master data domains. Manage and prioritize requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms. Collaborate with technical and business teams to support downstream operational processes and system integrations. Qualifications Legally entitled to work in Canada. 1-3 years of Business Analysis experience. Experience working with SAP Master Data, including one or more of the following: Plant Material Master (MM) Business Partner (BP) Trader and Scheduler Workbench (TSW) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with TriplePoint, Trader Scheduler Workbench (TSW), Integrated Business Planner (IBP), or DTN TABS. Experience supporting Data Governance and Compliance initiatives. Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing applications. Experience within the Oil & Gas, Trading, Midstream, or Pipeline sectors. Understanding of downstream hydrocarbon business processes and data flows. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting critical SAP master data processes while working within a large-scale downstream energy environment. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada and have 1–3 years of business analysis experience, including experience with at least one SAP master data area such as Plant Material Master, Business Partner, or TSW. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are required; experience with relevant energy-sector systems, data governance, ServiceNow, or downstream hydrocarbon processes is preferred.
