Job summary
The Distribution Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting with the implementation of sales strategies, customer programs, and account initiatives within major national retail and distribution channels. This position is responsible for managing reporting and forecasting activities, coordinating retail and distribution support functions, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and responding to customer inquiries to promote seamless day-to-day account management and execution. Qualifications Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3-5 years, Experience in sales support, customer service, account administration, distribution, logistics coordination, or retail operations. Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with ERP and CRM systems is considered an asset. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
