The Opportunity We are presently seeking a Regional Sales Representative to play a key role in owning your territory end-to-end shaping strategy, leading opportunities, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your customers. This role is a hybrid position and reporting to the Sales Manager. This is a newly created role driven by continued growth and expansion across our operations. The hiring range for this position is $88,000 - $102,000. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall qualifications. What You'll Be Responsible For You will operate with autonomy and accountability, leading the full sales cycle while delivering real value to customers: Own and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to closing and post-delivery follow-up. Build, strengthen, and grow long-term customer relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Identify, develop, and secure high-value sales opportunities within complex manufacturing and automation environments. Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, goals, and operational needs. Translate technical solutions into clear business value, demonstrating measurable ROI and competitive advantage. Develop and execute territory growth strategies that support company objectives and revenue targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive account management, CRM utilization, and data-driven decision-making. Represent Adescor at customer sites, industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth. Communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from plant personnel to executive decision-makers. Approach challenges strategically, turning complex customer needs into practical, value-driven solutions. Operate with a high level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
