Responsabilités principales Planifier et coordonner les priorités quotidiennes Assurer la fluidité du travail entre les départements Résoudre les problèmes en temps réel Soutenir l’équipe et intervenir au besoin Collaborer avec la programmation, la qualité et l’expédition Exigences pratiques (Hands-On) Il s’agit d’un poste de supervision avec une forte composante pratique. Vous devez être à l’aise avec le réglage et l’utilisation des équipements suivants : Laser CNC Poinçonneuse CNC Presse plieuse Presse à insertion PEM Soudage MIG/TIG – métal en feuille Assemblage et procédés de finition Même si vous ne serez pas en permanence sur les machines, votre capacité à intervenir au besoin est essentielle pour maintenir le flux de production. About the Role We are a custom sheet metal fabrication company where collaboration and hands-on involvement on the production floor are essential. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in operations while leading a small team. As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily operations while also contributing to production to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily priorities Ensure smooth workflow between departments Resolve problems in real time Support the team and step in when needed Work closely with programming, quality, and shipping Hands-On Expectations This is a leadership role with a strong hands-on component. You should be comfortable setting up and operating the following equipment: CNC Laser CNC Punch Press Brake PEM Inserter Welding (MIG/TIG – sheet metal) Assembly and finishing processes While you may not be running equipment every day, your ability to step in and operate when needed is essential to maintaining production flow. The Production Supervisor manages daily operations and coordinates priorities to ensure custom sheet metal orders are completed efficiently and on time. This role involves a strong hands-on component, requiring the supervisor to step in and operate machinery to maintain production flow.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in custom sheet metal fabrication and the ability to set up and operate CNC and welding equipment. Supervisory experience and English language proficiency are considered assets.
