Education and careers are changing, and our education platform helps students to plan their post-secondary education. We help students apply to top universities across Canada and the US. As an Account Executive, you will interview students and families to discuss their educational journey and enroll them in our programs. The details: This is a contracted and flexible Account Executive role. It is a role that pays hourly plus commission and is ideal for those with family responsibilities, individuals seeking additional income alongside their full-time job, or those starting their own business. If you are looking for a role with a lot of flexibility, this is the role for you! Must have graduated with an undergraduate degree from a Canadian university Must be a Canadian Citizen (for grant purposes) Location: Remote (or in the office if you’d like to be in the office) Job type: Part-Time Work hours: Between 3pm PST - 8pm PST during weekdays or anytime between 6am to 6pm on weekends. If you work part-time, you will be working the hours that work for you! We are looking for someone who can do 20-25 hours per week to start. Compensation: You can expect to make $40-$60 per hour(OTE) working 20 hours per week Responsibilities: You will learn about our product offerings so that you can support families in choosing the product that is most suited to their needs. You will be booking 3-4 calls per day with interested students and families and then taking those consultations to enrol them in our programs. Use your good-natured wit and charm to build relationships with students and their families. Successfully support students in navigating challenges they may face with planning their post-secondary education. Manage inbound student leads by phoning interested families daily to book them in for a consultation. Work closely with the team to ensure our CRM is maintained and optimized. Nurture students to educate them on their opportunities. Use internal tools to track activity and outcomes. Qualifications: Must have graduated with an undergraduate degree from a Canadian university Have high energy, a positive attitude and are passionate about helping students Have worked in customer-facing roles, either in sales or customer service Are driven, self-motivated, and have a fantastic work ethic Are results-oriented - will run through a wall to get stuff done Are masters of efficiency, are highly organized, and love using technology to get things done quickly Are self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Have a background in education (this could be traditional education such as a degree or self-taught education) Benefits: Ultimate flexibility!
