Advanced Medical Solutions Inc. was acquired by Calian Group Ltd. as of May 2025. Providing specialized air ambulance, ground ambulance, community Paramedicine, remote and industrial ambulance services to a variety of clients throughout Northern Canada and in the most remote locations in the world. We provide our services to a variety of mining, oil, exploration and construction organizations throughout Canada. Clinical Support Educator - Air and Ground Ambulance

Hybrid · Winnipeg

The Clinical Support Educator designs, implements, and evaluates comprehensive training programs to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance for air and ground ambulance personnel. The role also provides mentorship, conducts quality assurance audits, and offers clinical support during operational demand surges.

Primary Care Paramedic

Provide high-quality emergency medical care and ground transport for patients in Inuvik and remote areas. Responsibilities include assessing injuries, documenting treatment, and maintaining medical equipment and ambulances.

Wildfire Response Paramedic (PCP & ACP)

Provide emergency medical care, assessment, and stabilization to evacuees during wildfire response operations in the Northwest Territories. Collaborate with emergency management teams and local EMS to ensure effective healthcare delivery in challenging environments.

Flight Nurse - Casual Position
