Summary Colgate Account Coordinator This is a client-dedicated Coordinator role supporting the Colgate account, performing substantially the same functions as the existing Colgate Coordinator position. The incumbent provides customer coordination, reporting, data analysis, and Excel/Google Sheets-based deliverables in support of Colgate's ongoing business activities. Because the role is client-dedicated, responsibilities are expected to evolve based on Colgate's business needs, and the role operates within established processes and client expectations rather than through independent decision-making authority. Advantage Solutions services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today. Responsibilities Serves as the primary point of contact for Colgate business stakeholders, coordinating day-to-day requests and ensuring timely, accurate responses to customer needs Prepares and maintains recurring reports for the Colgate business, compiling and formatting data to meet client reporting needs Analyzes account and sales data to identify trends and support the Colgate business team's decision-making Builds and maintains Excel/Google Sheets-based trackers, dashboards, and deliverables used to support the Colgate account Provides ongoing support of customer-facing business activities as directed by Colgate, adapting to evolving client requirements within established processes Qualifications Education Requirements: Associate degree or Technical/vocational education Experience Requirements: 0-2 years experience in relevant field Travel requirement: No travel requirements Supervisor Responsibility Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports Required Knowledge and Skills Bilingual Excel/Google Sheets expert Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
