*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and precision are valued. *Responsibilities* * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper paint adhesion. * Mix paints and coatings accurately * Apply paint or coatings using spray guns, or brushes with precision and consistency. * Inspect finished work for quality, uniformity, and adherence to specifications; make touch-ups as necessary. * Follow safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals. * Maintain a clean work area, organize tools and supplies, and document completed tasks accurately. *Requirements* * Proven experience in painting within a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. * Basic math skills * Strong understanding of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
