They also manage day-to-day site operations, including material movement, earthworks, and coordination with stakeholders and subcontractors. Candidates must have 10+ years of construction experience, preferably in the utility contracting industry, and a technical school background. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are required, along with a valid Ontario (G) driver's license and proficiency in MS Office.
