August 2026 – March 2027, with potential extension) Compensation: $55–$60/hour, based on experience Aeolus Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a Federal Government client for an experienced D365 Program Manager / Program Advisor to support a large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiative. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Program Manager who will work closely with executive leadership to oversee governance, integrated planning, program delivery, and strategic execution of a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) transformation. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Program Director to support the successful delivery of a large-scale D365 transformation program. Lead program governance, executive reporting, integrated planning, and performance tracking. Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers across multiple workstreams. Facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Program Increment (PI) events, and Program Retrospectives. Identify and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery roadblocks. Develop implementation plans, deployment strategies, integrated schedules, and RACI matrices. Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to ensure successful program delivery. Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Provide leadership support to the Program Director as required. Qualifications 10+ years of Program Management experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives. Experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP implementations or other Tier 1 ERP programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Experience with enterprise PMO governance, executive reporting, integrated planning, and stakeholder management. Experience delivering large-scale programs using SAFe Agile methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Microsoft Teams. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Ottawa (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification. Previous Government of Canada or Crown Corporation experience. Bilingualism (English/French).

Requirements
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in Program Management, particularly with complex enterprise technology initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAFe Agile methodologies is essential.
