Job Description On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking Meditech Expanse Trainers. Primary responsibility to deliver classroom and live Teams / Virtual role and module-based end-user training. Candidates MUST have prior experience of teaching Meditech Expanse to end users. Responsibilities Work with Bridge Northwest, site leads, subject-matter experts (SMEs), and core training team to confirm approved workflows, audiences, and training scope. Develop or adapt lesson materials, quick-reference guides, exercises, and competency checks. Deliver in-person and virtual classroom sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice for clinical, administrative, and support staff. Track attendance, completion, learner feedback, and identified knowledge gaps; recommend follow-up training. Support training readiness and, if requested, provide floor-walking and just in time / in practice education. Follow approved privacy, security, patient-safety, and change-control requirements. Required Experience in one or more Meditech Expanse functional scope. Registration and scheduling Emergency care Acute/inpatient care and clinical documentation Ambulatory/outpatient care Mental health inpatient and outpatient Paediatrics/NICU Labour and delivery Surgery/operating room Pharmacy Laboratory and genomics Diagnostic imaging Health Information Management (HIM) and documentation management Allied health Order sets General ledger and other finance functions Bed management and patient flow / census management / discharge planning and transitions of care Affinity Earn Know someone who’s great for this, or any of our open roles?
